Centranz Inc. re-manufactures Allison, Volvo, and ZF transmissions. We are a primary provider for many equipment dealers and equipment manufacturers throughout North America. Our years of experience in this industry have allowed us to develop a transmission exchange program that is consistent with OEM expectations. Each component that goes through our program is thoroughly tested and inspected for defects in material, quality and workmanship.
A Centranz Inc. Rebuilt Transmission includes:

Centranz Inc. has a large Core inventory. We stock rebuilt transmissions for most popular Volvo, Terex, and Moxy articulated trucks as well as Volvo, Fiat, Deere, and Case loaders. We understand that downtime is very costly, and we try to provide exchange units. If we do not have a unit in stock to meet your application, we rebuild your core. The average turn around time is 3-5 days from receipt of the core.
Dyno Testing is a very important part of our transmission rebuild process. Dyno testing each unit before it leaves our shop allows our trained technicians to insure a tested and evaluated product. Valve bodies, electronics, and oil leakage all change under load and temperature conditions.
Our Warranty is second to none on all units we rebuild. We can offer the industry's best warranty because we painstakingly inspect all parts prior to reassembling, replace all questionable parts, and use OEM or high quality aftermarket parts to provide you with a transmission you can rely on. Centranz Inc. replaces many parts that other shops reuse. When pricing a transmission rebuild, be sure to ask which parts are replaced. Some transmissions sold as rebuilt units are really repaired units, with only the original failure being repaired.
