CENTRANZ PARTS RETURN POLICY

This Centranz Parts Return Policy refers to the sale of spare parts and related products, NOT transmissions, components, or assemblies. For transmission and component warranty information, please see our Transmission Warranty Policy.

Centranz accept returns within 30 calendar days of receipt. So long as you return the product within this time period, and without any damage or missing components, you will be eligible for a refund, less applicable restocking charges (see below), on your return. The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Repair manuals, parts manuals, CD’s, DVD’s, or any product capable of uploading/downloading as electronic file;
  • Electrical parts including, but not limited to Electronic Control Units (or “ECU”), wire harnesses, shifters, solenoids, proportional valves, sensors, inductive transmitters, speed sensors, pressure sensors, presser monitors, and fluid level sensors;
  • Custom-made and Special Order[1] products; and
  • Parts that have been installed, welded, machined, modified, cut, molded, or mounted.

Restocking Charges. You are responsible for a 20% restocking charge on ALL eligible returns.

Disposal of Ineligible Returns. We will hold ineligible items for 30 days only, after our initial attempt to resolve any returned product disputes. We reserve the right to dispose of any and all ineligible returns after this time has elapsed unless you have made arrangement to have the product(s) returned to you. You are responsible for shipping charges to recover ineligible returns.

No Incidental Damages. Centranz does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. Centranz shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.

Core Returns. Some products carry a core deposit. When you return a core to Centranz, the core deposit will be refunded upon inspection and determination of whether the core is acceptable. Unacceptable means that Centranz, in its sole discretion, has determined that the cost of materials and labor to restore the core to a reasonably marketable condition, meets or exceeds, or is likely to meet or exceed the actual market value of the product.
